  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested providers for the procurement of antivirus software with 2-year period license good for two hundred (200) users. (Please see attached Minimum Technical Specification Requirements for Antivirus).
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 355,000.00.
  1. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Third Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of  23 October 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit;
    • PhilGEPS Registration;
    • Latest Income or Business Tax Returns; and
    • Omnibus Sworn Statement (BAC Form G-1).

  2. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
